"I was switching my State Farm auto and life insurance over from Oregon to Austin and they started my cycle early and charged me around 340$ incorrectly, I called them about the extra charge and they told me whatever agent did that started my cycle early and that the charge was in fact incorrect. They told me I would be receiving a refund in 5-7 days, after the 8th day and no refund I had to call the office again for them to let me know that my refund got denied twice and the agent basically said he can't do anything about it... I said I need to speak with someone higher up to handle this, if there is nothing they can do because I got charged for two insurance policies in two states and need my money back. He said he would email/text me a email or phone number right after the phone call so I could fix this problem myself. 24 hours later i'm calling the office again and he told me he forgot to send it out. Really ridiculous. On top of that I had them cancel my whole plan with them because I am so unsatisfied with the process and them handling their own mistakes, so now I have no car insurance for the rest of the month while i'm driving all the way from Oregon to Texas and I paid double the insurance this month. Would not recommend this agent due to severe incompetence and communication issues."
